I attended Minnesota State University Moorhead where I finished my undergrad in 2015 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with emphases in ceramics and drawing. I work primarily with ceramics, creating functonal ware such as: cups, bowls, teapots, and jars. I incorporate drawing techniques to depict narrative 

and figurative images on the ceramic surface. I've recently learned how to make books using traditional binding techniques and now I am looking for a way to incorporate that into my ceramic works. A lot of my art involves the people I meet in my life and the events i've experienced. I am currently taking a break to review what I want to achieve as a career artist.
